Our Bangles Pre-orders (made to order) custom for clients and we do not accept Refunds/Exchanges:
Clients must contact us within 30 days that an issue has occurred so that we can replace or change in good time of order
For any exchanges that may be eligible for client must pay for their own return label via Tracking Next Day Delivery Royal Mail.
Custom orders that are uploaded to our website specifically for the customer are non exchangeable due to them being custom designed for client.
There are no refunds or exchanges on Earrings due to Hygienic and health and safety reasons.
All Bangles and Kareh have 30 day guarantee on their gold polishing to contact us if there's an issue so that we can exchange them for you within this time frame.
After 30 days, we offer repolishing services for a fee to get items replenished. This can be done through contacting us through our instagram @Mumtaz_Jewellery or through our email address.
Order are made custom typically takes approximately (15 -18 to 20-28) working days depending on the items excluding weekends plus 10- 12 working days delivery excluding weekdays. Order are sent all together in one batch so delays can be expected so it is advised to leave enough time.
We use the courier Parcelforce which takes 10- 15 working days to arrive, delays may occur due to parcel strikes. Please keep that in mind when ordering for an event or specific date as we cannot refund once the parcel is shipped off from my team in Pakistan and myself in the UK.
Care Instructions -
You will be able to enjoy your jewellery for longer if you treat it gently and clean it frequently.
Therefore, it's crucial to shield your jewellery from damage, keep it away from any kind of rough surface, and avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals like perfumes, creams, or lotions etc.
You should take off your jewellery before working out, taking a shower, doing household tasks, or working in the garden to prevent potential scraping.
Jewellery should be kept in protective packaging, subject to availability.
